PESA Introduces Pulse, a Real-Time Video Applet for the Secura Platform
PESA announced on July 24, 2026 the introduction of Pulse, a real-time video applet built into its Secura command application, adding sub-second-latency WebRTC video publishing with identity-based access to the mission video and data platform PESA supplies to defense customers.
Pulse accepts sources including a phone, tablet, laptop, or PESA Edge Node MPEG encoder, with runtime source switching mid-broadcast, while existing PESA TX and RX hardware workflows continue to operate unchanged. PESA is also releasing companion standalone Windows and Android applications that turn any device into a video source or viewer, with access controlled by an API key tied to a specific user account and sessions available for recording and audit within Secura's existing zero-trust framework.
